Christopher J. Witt, CPA, CMA, MBA

Mr. Witt brings to CFO Corporate Services over 18 years in corporate financial management and Big 6 public accounting with substantial experience in corporate debt and equity financing, banking, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, information systems, corporate governance, IPO's, SEC and internal reporting. He has also been heavily involved with operations management, real estate transactions, human resources and activity-based cost management.

Mr. Witt's experience includes Controller, CFO and VP executive responsibilities with both private and public corporations engaged in R&D, manufacturing and distribution, including start-up, turnaround and rapidly growing companies engaged in high-technology electronics, instrumentation, medical device, biotechnology and manufacturing services. He specializes in working with corporate management teams to turnaround or guide their organizations to maximize growth, financial performance and shareholder value.

Mr. Witt also served six years with the public accounting firms of Price Waterhouse and Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Witt is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Management Accountant (CMA). He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Illinois State University and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Illinois.
