Steve Eggers, MBA

Mr. Eggers has over twenty years experience in financial management. He has served as controller, CFO, and consultant for companies from $3M to $7B in annual sales. Accomplishments while working for those firms include: designing and implementing fully integrated financial reporting systems; setting up models for more profitable pricing, implementation of cost control systems and development of strategies to ensure the maximization of shareholders wealth. He has prepared comprehensive due diligence and financial audits for company acquisition, including two Fortune 100 companies.

With a proven track record of successfully raising capital from both major financial institutions and private investors, he developed and implemented strategic plans at each company. Mr. Eggers has strong contacts in the San Diego financial community and is a member of the San Diego Venture Group. He has a record of working as a team member with top management to achieve desired financial goals.

In addition to serving as president of CFO Corporate Services, Inc, Mr. Eggers has served as the area chair for undergraduate finance and accounting at the University of Phoenix, and has twenty years experience teaching finance and accounting at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Mr. Eggers also serves as guest lecturer for various industry associations.
